These Terms govern your use of PawLevel, operated by Twisty Works & Services (Australia; ABN to be confirmed), contact twistyworksandservices@gmail.com. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
PawLevel is a self-help dog-training program that provides general, positive-reinforcement guidance, demonstration videos, schedules and progress tracking. It is currently free. We may later offer optional paid features and/or an ad-supported version (see sections 8–9).
PawLevel offers general educational information only and is not professional advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified dog trainer, veterinarian or animal behaviourist. Every dog is different. For aggression, anxiety, biting that breaks skin, sudden behaviour changes, or any health concern, seek a professional. You are solely responsible for your dog's safety and behaviour and for supervising any training, especially around children and other animals. Use of any technique is at your own risk.
Demo videos are hosted by YouTube and owned by their creators. We don't control, endorse or guarantee third-party content, and your use of it is subject to YouTube's/Google's terms.
You keep ownership of the data and photos you add. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display that content to you and the co-owners you invite, and to operate the service.
The PawLevel app, its design, text and program structure are owned by Twisty Works & Services and protected by intellectual-property laws. Don't copy, resell or redistribute the app without permission.
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliability but don't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.
If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, we'll show the price and terms before you buy, and any billing, cancellation and refund terms (consistent with applicable consumer law) will apply at that time. Nothing in these Terms requires you to pay unless you choose a paid feature.
A future free version may be ad-supported. If so, ads may be provided by third parties subject to their own terms, and we'll provide any required consent controls and update our Privacy Policy first.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawLevel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be lawfully excluded (for example, the UK Consumer Rights Act or EU consumer protections). Where a guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (where permitted) to re-supplying the service.
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the non-excludable rights in section 10, Twisty Works & Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any harm, injury or loss arising from training techniques, third-party content, or your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability, where it cannot be excluded, is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim (which, for the free version, is nil).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country of residence.
